My Journey

Personal training has changed my life.

Hello, I'm Scott

My Transformation
My job title is ‘personal trainer‘ however I see myself as a coach - as that’s what I do every day - I coach my clients through whatever their goal is and that can be inside and out of the gym. My goal isn’t just to help people lose weight, it’s to change people’s lives, the way I changed mine.

In 2012 I was overweight, an alcoholic, a smoker and wasn’t fit enough to run down the street for a bus.

In may of that year I decided to get sober but in July my father, who was also my best friend suddenly died and it made me realise how short life can be and how nothing in life is certain. I wanted to drink and numb the pain, but I decided to fight for once and it changed my whole life.
My Journey
Since that day I have been 100% sober from alcohol, lost 5 stone of fat, done 3 Olympic distance triathlons, 2 half Ironman triathlons and a full Ironman triathlon in Zurich Switzerland - a 3.8km swim, 156km cycle and a full 42km run marathon within the 16 hour cut off.

Ive also been coaching clients since 2015, helping hundreds of people lose weight, gain muscle and strength, improve their confidence and mental health.

I have qualifications in both personal training and nutritions - I can help people whatever the goal is.

My job is my passion, it’s my life and if you choose me as your coach I will give you everything I have to get you to your goals - training changed my whole life - it can change yours too.
